Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment and capture and process your details securely. You may also use PayPal express to checkout easily and quickly if you have a PayPal account.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Your order will be delivered either by APC courier or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded depending upon the size. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery.

Delivery costs are based upon total order weight and are calculated during the checkout process. Delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100.00 plus VAT will be free*.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery outside of the UK through this website. However If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us as it may be possible we can assist you.

*Please note, we may need to impose a delivery surcharge in the following circumstances:
1) Your order qualified for the free delivery on our site however the order is for large/ heavy or bulky goods
2) If your order is to be shipped within the UK but outside the mainland.
3) For orders of large or bulky goods
In such cases we will contact you to advise you of any such surcharge and give you the option to cancel the order should you no longer wish to proceed.
Delivery Schedule We aim to process and deliver your order to you within 3-5 business days, however in our experience delivery will usually be much sooner. The exception for delivery time is where an estimated delivery time is stated in the product description (eg. signs).

If your order is out of stock we will contact you to advise of estimated delivery time or offer a full refund on the item you have purchased.

Once an order has been packaged and dispatched an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days of receipt of the 'order shipped' e-mail, please contact us.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.

1.0 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.1 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.
1.2 If the goods are faulty we will provide a full refund and refund for the return postage to us.
1.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.1 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
